研究为推拿疗法获得国际认可提供了必要的证据基础。尽管推拿疗法在传统中医中有着悠久的历史,但在世界许多地方,尤其是在需要循证验证才能被接受的西方生物医学领域,仍然存在着质疑。本支柱旨在开展严谨的、国际协调的研究,以令人信服地证明推拿疗法的疗效和作用机制。计划开展的活动包括大规模多中心随机对照试验、评估推拿疗法与物理疗法和其他主流干预措施的比较研究,以及汇编全球证据的系统评价。这些研究将结合传统的辨证论治方法和国际公认的生物医学结果指标,以确保研究结果与各个体系均具有相关性。亚洲、欧洲和北美的大学、医院和研究机构之间的合作至关重要。此类研究成果将为指南制定提供坚实的科学基础,为政策制定提供依据,并增强东西方医学体系从业者和患者的信心。
