This advanced course develops deep specialist competency across four high-impact clinical domains, integrating classical TCM theory with contemporary functional health frameworks. Each module combines rigorous theoretical grounding with intensive hands-on practice, equipping practitioners to deliver precise, protocol-driven interventions for complex, system-specific conditions.

By the end of this Course, participants will be able to:

Assessment and Certificate Awarded
Written exam (60%, 1 hour) + Practical exam (40%, 1 hour): independent diagnosis and technique performance within the relevant speciality domain. Both graded Pass / Fail.
Certificate in Tuina for High-Impact Specialties, issued by NTU (12 AUs · 156 hours).
Credits contribute towards diploma qualifications in areas such as Paediatric Therapy or Oncology Rehabilitation.

Conditions such as chronic constipation, irritable bowel syndrome, obesity, and diabetes are increasingly prevalent — and increasingly recognised as targets for integrative intervention. Grounded in Zang-Fu organ and meridian theory, and informed by Gut-Brain Axis research, this module develops clinical protocols for metabolic and digestive regulation through visceral Tuina, abdominal deep release, abdominal rubbing, and acupoint pressing.

Insomnia, migraines, anxiety, and post-stroke sequelae represent some of the most challenging conditions in integrative clinical practice. This module integrates autonomic nervous system regulation theory with TCM Calming Shen and Tonifying Kidney methods, head and facial Tuina, and awakening and anti-spasm techniques for post-stroke limb spasticity — grounded in the neuroscience of brain plasticity and relaxation response mechanisms.

Integrating Chong and Ren meridian theory with contemporary reproductive medicine, this module develops skills in sacrococcygeal warming penetration, warming and unblocking uterus techniques, pelvic repositioning, acute dysmenorrhea pain relief, and postpartum rectus abdominis rehabilitation.
