Dr Li Zhengyu
Professor Li Zhengyu is Director of Tuina Therapy at Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine (SHUTCM), where he is also a Professor at the School of Acupuncture-Moxibustion and Tuina. With a career spanning over three decades, Prof Li is renowned for his bilingual teaching approach, lecturing in both Chinese and English. He has edited the book Collections of Chinese Tuina and authored several textbooks. Prof Li also serves as the Vice Chairman of the Specialty Committee of Chinese Medicine Manipulations of World Federation of Chinese Medicine Societies, and as an Executive Council Member of the Standing Committee of Combined Acupuncture, Moxibustion and Tuina of Chinese Acupuncture and Moxibustion Society. As a specialist and chief physician of the Shanghai Yue Yang Hospital Veteran Specialist Outpatient Department, he treats cervical spondyloptahy, chronic lumbago, shoulder pain, facial paralysis, headache, insomnia, dysmenorrhea, and paediatric diseases.

Dr Li Huanan
Professor Li Huanan is Deputy Director and Director of Medical Affairs of the Tuina Department of the First Teaching Hospital at Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and a fifth-generation practitioner of the Jinggu Zangfu Tuina tradition. He specialises in integrating traditional manual therapy with modern clinical approaches to treat musculoskeletal, neuromuscular, and internal functional disorders such as insomnia and fatigue. Prof Li has led over 30 research projects, including National Natural Science Foundation grants, and contributed to China’s first national Tuina guideline for preventive care. He was also involved in contributing to a prolific textbook that was published in both Chinese and English. As an award-winning educator committed to advancing and internationalising Tuina therapy, Prof Li’s work advances both the standardisation and global promotion of Tuina as a modern medical discipline.
